How do I submit my blueprints for an estimate?
You can submit your blueprints by filling out the contact form on this page and attaching a link to your cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive) containing the PDF or CAD files. Alternatively, you can email the files directly to fandkestimations@gmail.com.
What information do you need to start a takeoff?
To provide the most accurate estimate, we need the architectural floor plans, the finish schedule (room-by-room material assignments), flooring specifications, and any relevant addendums that have been released by the architect.
Do you offer services internationally?
Yes. While we are based in the USA, our expert estimators are highly experienced with building codes and metric/imperial conversions for Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We adjust our output spreadsheets to match your local measurement standards.
